 In a momentous achievement for both Zimbabwe and the world of sports, Olympic gold medalist, Kirsty Coventry, has been elected as the new president of the International Olympic Committee (IOC). Her historic election marks a new chapter in her illustrious career and brings pride not only to her country, but also to the Dominican Convent, the school that helped shape her athletic journey. Congratulations to one of our scientists, Tadiwanashe Mupezani, for winning a gold medal at the Genius Olympiad. She will be representing the school and the country in New York.
