From the 15th to the 17th of May, 21 delegates attended a conference hosted by Chisipite senior school (CHIMUN). The ladies engaged in 3 days of rigorous debate and paperwork, on various topics including:
Countering Transnational Organised Crime in Trade Routes, Socio-Economic Development, Re-examining the Legitimacy of Foreign Intervention, and so much more. The ladies managed to scoop the following awards:
1. Best Position Paper in Historical Commission - Rudorwashe Mututu
2. Most Honourable Delegate in ECOSOC- Nozithelo Mabhena
3. Most Honourable Delegate in WHO - Tanatswa Taaziva
4. Most Honourable Delegate in Historical Commission - Shalom Ndanga
5. Most Honourable Delegate in Special Commission- Diane Mlambo.
It is important to note that all 3 Delegates who were in advanced rooms managed to get awards, 2 of them being form 3s and it was their first time in such a room. Well done ladies
